Our story

With over 12 years of hands-on experience, Stretched Squared owner, Gabe, began his career in an outpatient rehabilitation center serving veterans. There, he worked extensively with individuals recovering from traumatic injuries, including amputations and gunshot wounds. This work involved addressing scar tissue buildup and restoring foundational muscle and limb function—skills that laid the groundwork for his expertise in complex recovery cases.

Gabe later worked alongside physicians specializing in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA), a collaboration that deepened his focus on chronic pain conditions such as frozen shoulder and long-standing musculoskeletal restrictions.

In addition to his clinical experience, Gabe has worked with a wide range of athletes—from gymnasts and ballerinas to competitive rowers—helping them maintain peak performance and recover from strain or injury.

His academic background includes studies in kinesiology, massage therapy, and exercise science, all aimed at understanding the body through movement. Rather than approaching the body as a collection of isolated parts, Gabe emphasizes functional movement, joint articulation, and structural integration.

Over the years, he has developed and refined his signature Muscle Manipulation Technique—a method that has helped countless clients regain mobility, reduce or eliminate pain, and reclaim a quality of life they thought was out of reach.
